This policy explains the terms under which you may cancel an order placed on BIG BRANDS INDIA.
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the exchange process if there is an issue.
To cancel an order that has not yet been shipped:
If you have completed payment and the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery. Once the package is returned to us, a refund will be processed after deducting the actual shipping charges incurred.
For Cash on Delivery orders, you may cancel before the order is shipped at no charge. If the order is shipped and delivery is refused, you may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee to cover the shipping and handling costs incurred.
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
