Refund and Returns Policy

At BIG BRANDS INDIA, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds on purchases made through our website.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective
The wrong product is delivered
A manufacturing defect is identified

Note: We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

2. Package Opening Video Requirement

A clear, unboxing video from start to finish without any pauses or cuts is mandatory for all exchange claims. The video must clearly show:

The package condition before opening
The seal and packaging intact
The product condition as it is removed from the box
The defect, damage, or discrepancy clearly visible

Claims submitted without a clear package opening video will not be processed.

3. Return Window

Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if there is any issue.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions
If approved, we will arrange for pick-up and dispatch a replacement

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed only when a replacement is not available for an approved exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product).

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Products with signs of wear or use beyond basic inspection
Products returned without all original packaging and accessories
Products purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or wrong product delivered, we will bear the return shipping costs. For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
