This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery terms, timelines, and charges applicable to orders placed on BIG BRANDS INDIA.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all pincodes across India. Delivery is available to most locations, including metro cities, towns, and villages. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 6 working days depending on the destination and courier partner availability. Estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment (not from the order date).

  • Metro cities: 2-4 working days
  • Tier 2 cities and towns: 3-5 working days
  • Remote locations: 5-6 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order value, weight, and delivery location. In many cases, free shipping is available on orders above a certain value as displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a nominal COD booking fee as applicable. This fee is displayed during checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation (or after order placement for COD orders). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page. Tracking updates are provided by our courier partners.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and someone is available to receive the package.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the courier partner and keep you updated. For lost shipments, we will initiate a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise the address is wrong immediately after placing the order, contact us right away to attempt an address correction.
